VISION
There's no such thing as "Small Business"
All the great companies of the past 200 years have shared the same ideal. "Begin with the end in mind." At Fiberhaus, we don't strive to have a great company; we strive to have a great company that can operate just as easily with 1 office as it would with 5000. We begin every thought process not with 1 office in mind, but with hundreds. In the Fiberhaus organization, our business "prototype" is defined as a proprietary way of doing business that successfully and preferentially differentiates our business from our competitors. Our business "prototype" is undergoing improvements by the second thanks to the mindset that "perfection is only achieved when the end result of is met." Fiberhaus may be "small" in terms of worldly standards, but we will never operate as a small business.
You can't work here and be the same person
Fiberhaus seeks to not only change the livelihood of the businesses we interact with, but the employees who call our business "theirs." Our business systems will challenge employees to perform at levels of productivity unrivaled by anyone else in the industry. How can we assert this claim? Because we know something that few other businesses do. True performance comes when balance exists not only within our business lives, but also within our personal lives. This balance is achieved through the Fiberhaus Personal Aim.
Fiberhaus' view on Work
The work we do is a reflection of who we are. If we are sloppy at it, it's because we are sloppy inside. If we are late at it, it's because we are late inside. If we are bored at it, it's because we are bored with ourselves, not the work. The most menial work can be a piece of art when performed by an artist. So the job here is not outside us, but inside. How we do our work becomes a mirror of who we are.
Work is only an idea before a person does it. But the moment a person does it the impact of the work on our world becomes a reflection of that idea — the idea behind the work — as well as the person doing it. In the process, the work you do becomes you, and you become the force that breathes life into the idea behind the work.
Message From The President:
There is no such thing as undesirable work. There are only people who see certain kinds of work as undesirable. People look upon their work as punishment for who they are and where they stand in the world, rather than an opportunity to see themselves as they really are. The result of which is what we experience as the sloppy, inconsiderate, inconsistent, and inhuman transactions that take place between most businesses and the people who buy from them. This is exactly the opposite of what we have here.
